We have been sitting in the back and talking about this race and that race and all kinds of things and i was thinking about his career and it is absolutely incredible. You can go back as far as world war ii and korea. He was in both of those and you didnt have to. He was always willing to jump in and participate. He did lots of things in between. Lets start with secretary of the navy in the early 1970s, head of the bicentennial commission. Those of you old enough to remember the wonderful celebration of the bicentennial of the us which helped bring the country together.
