- Robert John Eaton (born 1971) was sentenced to 16 days in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Eaton was in custody for one day prior to sentencing. - Lucas Raymond Lizotte (born 1989) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation. Lizotte was in custody for one day following his arrest. - Jake Toby Patrick (born 1994) was sentenced to 14 days in jail for breaching probation and to nine days in jail and ordered to pay $341.41 restitution for mischief $5,000 or under. Patrick was also sentenced to one year probation on one count each of assault by choking and assault, committed in Prince George and theft under $5,000, committed in Vanderhoof and was issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the choking count. Patrick was in custody for 63 days prior to sentencing.
