scene at international boulevard and 8th avenue. reporter: good morning. about 15 to 20 people are displaced this morning because of this fire. the red cross is here on the scene this morning to help these people find a place to stay. the fire broke out at 808 international at 2:30 this morning. it started in some apartments above commercial stores here on international. the fire spread across an alley to a duplex on 8th street. this is an olds building in a densely populated area which provided challenges for firefighters. they had a hard time getting through security gates to get to the fire. now, right now, firefighters are looking for hot spots and removing debris. investigators are on the scene trying to determine the cause of the fire. but as we said, about 15 to 20 people are displaced this morning because of this fire. the red cross is here to help them in any way they can. we re live in oakland. lisa chan, kpix 5. it is a historic morning in cuba. take a live look
