Sue Collins was awarded the Lord Lieutenant of Suffolk s Certificate of Merit in recognition of her selflessness and sense of duty to the community. You cannot park down those roads now. There are cars permanently there and any spare parking space is gone and those people have to walk home in the dark, some of who are disabled, because they just cannot afford £650. It is a danger to our residents. Residents in Bungay are furious after the price of an annual season ticket at Wharton Street car park has soared from £150 to £650.
