medicare coverage over the next few years. dr. marc siegel, fox news medical a-teamer and professor the medicine at nyu langone medical center. good morning to you. good morning, bill. bill: we re trying to sort through all this stuff. what does the report say? here is the bottom line, bill. poor seniors can t afford thrills of secondary insurance with medicare. so they look around and choose medicare advantage, gives them coverage for prescription drugs, basic services in one shopping place, medicare advantage. most seniors, according to this survey don t live in counties where the frilly plans are. that is not surprising. medicare advantage that offers everything, doesn t happen to be in the places where the poor lives. along comes obamacare. it says, hey, we ll give bonuses to the plans rated very high by the center for medicare & medicaid services. we ll give bonuses so you will have lower co-pays. sounds good on paper but the poor are not going to bennett from that because the
