According to the reports, Foxconn's factory in China’s Zhengzhou is the only one that makes premium iPhone models, including the iPhone 14 Pro, and it is unlikely to resume full production by the end of this month.
Most of the employees that left the Apple iPhone maker Foxconn's China plant were new hires and had not started working on the production line. The company had earlier planned to resume full production by the end of November.
BBC's China correspondent Stephen McDonnell in a tweet on Sunday said workers had broken out of Apple’s largest assembly site, escaping the lockdown at Foxconn.
