Obviously the father here is a known gang kid to us who also is not telling us the truth of what happened. Its unfortunate. A remote takeoff. Investigators say the suspect with a beard was driving a motor scooter when he opened fire. City councilman is the publics help. Absolutely unacceptable that a young person in broad daylight in their neighborhood cant just be a child. A 2yearold should never be in harms way. This as the neighborhood demands a change.
