Philadelphia police say a 53 year old woman left her job at a Jewelry Store on the 100 block of eighth street around 4 00 p. M. Saturday and walked toward her car in this garage. When three men wearing ski masks, and dark clothes pulled her into a van and tortured her. Im surprised we live right in that building, just a block away and it has always seemed safe here.
