Now the Waukesha County Sheriffs Office says the gun held by Sylville Smith may have been stolen from a home in the town of genessee back in march. They are tracing the gun using its serial number. But sheriffs officials tell us they dont know if smith was the one he bought it from someone else. Weve also learned Sylville Smith did not attend the same high school
