DULUTH, Minn. – Plans to construct a 15-story mixed-use building in downtown Duluth is moving forward after the project suffered several delays.
The project was expected to begin construction back in December 2019, but was pushed back due to impacts caused by the coronavirus pandemic and the “uncertain financial market.”
The building will stand on the site of the former Voyager Hotel at the corner of Superior Street and Fourth Avenue East in downtown Duluth.
