FourBridges Capital announced Wednesday the acquisition of Nashville-based Color Burst Landscapes by American Landscaping Partners LLC. ALP owns and operates leading landscaping companies located across the U.S. and is a portfolio company of Cold Bore Capital, a Chicago-based private equity fund.
FourBridges initiated the transaction and negotiated the terms on behalf of Color Burst, the Frank F. Chalfont Trust and longtime co-owner Brian Edwards. Truxton Trust of Nashville acted as trustee for the Chalfont Trust.
