MISSISSAUGA – Four Indo-Canadian men have been arrested after Ontario police seized over $100,000 worth of stolen cheques, identifications and drugs in a bust at a Bolton hotel in Caledon.
After an initial investigation of a theft at the hotel resulted in four arrests for drug related charges, Caledon OPP say a judicial authorization was granted to search a hotel room.
That search led to the seizure of multiple cheques worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, documents with personal information (a book of ID’s containing personal information), wireless printer, surgical tools, items used for forging cheques and other suspected stolen property.
