Sure enough, the gang last night, they upped it to a three. One to two inches in most areas from this strong storm on our storm impact scale. Two to four in the hills and mountains. Flooding the great concern is across the north bay and wind gusts could get up to 50 miles per hour. Minor Power Outages possible. Were hours away from the fastest winds at 1 00 this afternoon until about 3 00 tomorrow morning. During the evening commute, those east, west bridges are going to be tough for high profile vehicles.
