Flavours of Spring: Jing and La Chansonniere Hold a French Quadruple Dinner

On 16 May, two French restaurants in Beijing, will meet in a Flavours of Spring as William Mahi, Michelin-starred French Chef de Cuisine of Jing at The Peninsula Beijing, and Chef Kurt Wang from acclaimed French fusion restaurant La Chansonniere.
