Charges to child neglect, which means jolanda gets to go home and serve five years probation. If your daughter has headaches, it could be a medical emergency. Reporter they say the child suffered from dandy walker syndrome, a debilitating illness of the brain. After a number of surgeries jolanda was warned a severe headache could be fatal.
