When Danielle Ray graduated from Penn State as an undergraduate student in 1997, she had no idea she would be returning 27 years later to dance in Penn State THON.
"It is challenging to put into words what THON has meant to me, but it is something I find easy to devote so much time and effort to because I genuinely believe in the mission and that we will, one day, dance in celebration of a cure."

Why are you dancing in THON?
I am dancing because my father passed away from cancer over a year ago and believed in THON when he was a Penn Stater. After getting to meet the children of THON and hearing their inspiring stories, I’m dancing not only for them but for him, too.
