I was so honored that i got to head a committee here at our station to dole out money that the foundation said they would give to the Las Vegas Community which is so generous of our parent company. And as we began looking at organizations, we want to do give the money to vegas shepherd rescue, one of julies favorite, was top on our list. So honored on behalf of Scripps Howard foundation to present you with 1,500. [ cheering ] i know the money will go to help lots of animals. Oh, most definitely. We dont get any help from anybody, so we have to raise everything. So this means the world to us. No government assistance . No, no. Wow. So with this money, what are some of the things that it goes to . I wanted to talk about a very special dog named kennedy because its more than just its really about rescuing them from desperate situations. And kennedy was one of these dog
