A passenger testified to investigators that nguyen was not wearing her seat scombelt a Flight Attendant told her to puck buckle up but she did not recall him reminding anyone else. We were able to cut down readmission rate dramatically and our emergency room rate dramatically. The only thing that went up in our database was primary care visits.
