One of the many attempts to prevent terrorism, cutting off the financial flow is the most crucial. It allows them to recruit, control territory, plan and carry out violent operations on a global level. There are emains a top priority for the u. S. As we seek to defeat Islamic State and other terrorist groups, the u. S. And its gulf arab partners have taken significant steps to stem the flow of funds to terrorist groups over the past 15 years.
