The acquisition – the largest non-asset transaction in Hub Group’s history – advances Hub Group’s strategy of pursuing acquisitions that expand its comprehensive service offering.
The fleet made up of 120 drivers and 364 trailers primarily hauls automotive components for blue-chip customers. It will continue to operate under the same name.
