PTT論壇 在八月份有件爆料，指中華電信某李姓培訓師，在公司內利用權勢大搞男女關係，爆料內容寫的有血有肉，看來並不像捏造或抹黑，國營事業資深主管指出，此案是突顯長期來各公營及官股民營事業的黑暗面，主管疑似利用權勢藉勢藉端性霸凌女下屬，案經PTT論壇批露鉅細糜遺細節後，至今也未見中華電信有懲處或對外界說明，這也是公營事業長期來官官相護、粉飾太平的扯爛污文化。據指出，大部份在公營及官股民營事業受害的女性，因為畏懼工作不保及名聲，大多選擇隱忍，因而更助漲這種歪風，但是各國公營事普遍設有性平委員會，受理女性同仁申訴尋求救濟，顯然中華電信在性別平等的制度改革，還有保護女性同仁在工作場合受平等待遇，仍有很大努力空間。
