April 27, 2021 Canadians Pascale Marceau and Eva Capozzola are the first all-women team to reach the summit of Mount Lucania, Canada’s third tallest peak. The team made it to the summit on April 26, 2021, at 3:34 p.m. PDT after beginning their attempt less than two weeks prior.  Notoriously windy and cold, Mount Lucania is nestled deep in the Yukon’s Kluane National Park and Reserve and is just 65 kilometres north of the more well-known Mount Logan Canada’s tallest peak. Mount Lucania’s 5,226 metres has only been climbed by a handful of women.
