One paragraph of that proclamation reads "Whereas Fortuna’s CERT members quickly mobilized during the early morning hours of December 20, 2022, to assist our community following a 6.4 magnitude earthquake, after which they continued to serve the citizens of Rio Dell at the request of the community through December 26th, until they were placed on stand-by by their team leadership.”
