We are east of bowie. Traffic is moving slowly. I dont know how much out has to do with the Road Conditions because of the weather. Predominantly they are just wet. But i want to point out the current temperature harringing around 28 degrees. So once we get less traffic out there. The water on the road might have a better chance to freeze up. Really want to be careful as you are out and you dont have the choice but to move slowly. But if you get the opportunity to go quickly its still take your time. Heading east. Send it outside.
