The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.    September 17  Jovan Soto, of Houston. At 4:31 a.m., FSPD officers apprehended Soto and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated BAC greater than 0.15 ($1,500 bond); released the next day.  Daniel De La Paz Rivas, of Fort Stockton. At 11:30 p.m., FSPD officers apprehended Rivas and charged him with Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence; $4,000 bond set and still in jail.
