Branch, is trying to ram that through congress and can get away with it. And not a single representative stands up and said, i have to file a bill of impeachment. He is overstepping his authority under the constitution and violating his oath of office. It is an outrage. Thats what this comes down to. Thats all i have to say. Thank you. All right. Comment from Jonathan Easley at the hill. Trump mobbed by reporters at the value voters summit. Says it was time for boehner to step down. S says he didnt fight for conservative principles. It was made by senator marco rubio at that summit. Heres what it looked like. Well see how things progress. Just a few minutes ago Speaker Boehner announced he will be resigning. [ applause ]. And with all due respect to the people that serve in government, it is important at this moment with respect to him and the service he has provided to our country. Its not about him or anybody else. Im not here today to bash anyone. But the time has come to turn the p
I think breaking down those boundaries between different parts of government is very much something that weve seen and its translated into legislative action as well. Asset freezing recall, legislation that many countries have adopted. So a holding measure. E. U. Has done that. Switzerland has done that. Just after arab spring. A list of these persons, freeze their assets now. It is not a judicial freeze in the context of judicial action. It is an administrative freeze giving the countries time to prepare their judicial action. I think that sort of innovative legislation is happening. The civil forfeiture legislation that i think in america has been around for a very long time but in many other countries is still relatively new. You see that i wouldnt say proliferating but you see countries taking up those sort of legislations, so what we call nonconviction based legislation where you connect the asset to a crime. Typically on the balance of probabilities. Wont go into too many details

Tonight, our conversation with Tennessee Republican senator bob corker when his early career in business. I had come in, started working like most folks when i was 13 doing all kinds of odds and ends, a construction laborer in kind of a rough carpenter when i graduate from college. I ended up being a construction superintendent. So after about four years, i have built some reasonable malls around the country and learned how to build projects, and i saved 8000. So when i was 25, i went in business. And i started doing a lot of repeat work, Small Projects like to get paid quickly. The company grew at about 80 a year the whole time, ended up building Shopping Centers around the country, retail projects in 18 states. So it was an energizing, a great place to be. I mean, the energy when you come in the front door it would almost knock you down. And i sold that when i was 37, to a young man who had worked with me for many, many years, and then, of course, have done several things since there
Bombing grozny because you use air power in kosovo. You cant talk about jailing Political Prisoners because you have guantanamo. You cannot talk about press freedom because george bush fired dan rather, right . That is exactly what he said to him once. In 2005, he said, george bush, you fire dan rather so you can talk to me about that. If you go out there and say that, americans dont really understand you. That is the way putin side. Having said that, he certainly has a point to make, which is to say that they United States has avoided at times the u. N. Or other ratifying types of structures for issues like the proposed strike on syria. I was with the president in st. Petersburg when he was trying to get more support out of the g20 and didnt really get what he would have liked out of that because there was great ambivalence in the international community, as there was anemic in public, by the way, and as there was obviously in the oval office. Obama himself didnt want to do what he sa
