UPDATE 12:12 p.m.: Students are being dismissed from Waterford High and Elementary schools following a second evacuation in two days and a subsequent lockdown.
A bomb threat was called in around 8:10 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Mark Warden said. The call was made from an IP-based number and investigators believe it was made by the same individual who called in a bomb threat Thursday afternoon.
Warden said bomb-sniffing dogs including from Ohio University and Muskingum County searched the schools.
