The Coloradoan, the Fort Collins favorite is expanding into the old McAlister s Deli building at 2550 E. Harmony Road.
The new location will feature indoor and outdoor bars, a pick-up window, and a back-of-house space dedicated to employee training and recipe taste testing.
Founder Scott Jennings is not afraid about opening another restaurant during the pandemic, telling the publication: Our fans are still coming in and dealing with all the craziness to get their food. We ve been quick on our feet.
