Uniindia: New Delhi/Kampala, Apr 12 (UNI) External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said today that the opening of the Uganda campus of India’s National Forensic Sciences University in Jinja is reflective of the vision and the relationship of the highest leadership of both their nations, as the issue got a push when the President of Uganda wrote to PM Modi last year regarding it, and the Indian PM gave immediate directions for setting it up.
