You cant explain the American Healthcare system in an hour and at that time i said to myself wouldnt it be nice if there were 250 page book i could just give to someone that would explain the system. And when you look out there there is no such book and i always figured the reason is if youre a tenured professor or Health Policy person, its beneath you to write the book explaining the system. And if you are not on ten year trying to get tenure, you will never get it. So i wanted to fill that void.
