Davit Babayan raises concern about the threat to the water security of Artsakh Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh David Babayan sent  on May 7 letters to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk on the threat to water security of Artsakh.
