6月23日，莱克电气(603355)发布公告称，公司近日与帕拉根贸易有限公司、盖尔玛远东汽车有限公司签署《收购报价意向函》，拟收购上海帕捷汽车配件有限公司(简称“上海帕捷”)100%股权。总估值金额预计为12.43亿元至14.64亿元之间。
据悉，这是莱克电气上市以来并购的第一家公司，且此次交易，莱克电气将全部使用自有资金收购。长期坚持无负债经营的莱克电气，拥有强大的现金流。而一改谨慎作风，首次尝试并购，也显露了其积极加码新能源汽车领域、加速构筑新业绩增长点的战略决心。
公开资料显示，上海帕捷成立于2004年，注册资本500万美元，是一家外商合资公司，专门从事汽车铝合金零部件的研发、生产及销售，产品主要包括电驱动件、底盘零件、传动零件及其他铝制汽车零部件，客户主要为全球知名的整车制造厂商。
