Driver faces manslaughter, DUII after 3 teens die in crash June 02 2021
Devin Kurtz, 18, of Estacada, was arrested after a crash on Springwater Road killed three people. The driver in a fatal Memorial Day crash that killed three teenagers and injured another two has been arrested.
On Tuesday, June 1, 18 year old Estacada resident Devin Kurtz was booked in the Clackamas County Jail on three counts of second degree manslaughter, DUII, reckless endangering, reckless driving, third degree assault DUII and second degree criminal mischief. He had previously been in the hospital for treatment of a punctured lung.
Bail was set at $780,000.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) A Missouri man was killed in a single-vehicle crash that happened early Saturday morning, police said.
The Jefferson City Police Department s communications center received a call at 3:19 a.m. of an accident on US 54, police said in a news release. Emergency responders found a white Ford F350 on top of the concrete highway divider.
Its 59-year-old driver, Bradford William Mason of Ballwin, Missouri, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation determined the truck was initially southbound on US 54 when it ran off the right side of the roadway, striking a guardrail. It then crossed both southbound lanes and struck the concrete center divider.
