Felipe Natividad, said Thursday that police personnel in the region are equipped to patrol and monitor their areas of responsibility to prevent criminal activities and respond to untoward incidents. MANILA - A total of 369 Unified Force Multipliers in Paranaque City have completed the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Patrolling and Response Operations Training to Empower CVOs and Tanod (P.R.O.T.E.C.T) held at the Don Bosco Covered Court in Barangay Don Bosco. In a statement on Sunday, NCRPO chief Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad said the training aims to boost the capabilities and confidence of barangay force multipliers and other participants in the performance of their peacekeeping functions. He said part of the event was a demonstration of yantok (rattan stick) and different handcuffing techniques performed by the Unified Force Multipliers.
