國內武漢肺炎（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫情逐漸趨緩，台南市政府今宣布，即日起有條件開放社區長照據點及親子館、兒童館。市長黃偉哲表示，因應疫情趨緩各場館逐步解封，親子悠遊館將採預約制，進出社區長照據點，則須接種過第1劑疫苗滿14天，否則就要有快篩證明；期望民眾能充分使用場館，也能落實防疫措施以確保健康安全。社會局指出，社區關懷據點防疫管理指引，須完成社區式防疫管理查檢表並報核，才能有條件開放，服務人員及服務對象須完成第1劑疫苗接種滿14天，未施打或施打疫苗未滿14日者，須提供3日內快篩陰性證明，且不得於場域飲食，並暫停不必要的群聚活動，例如卡拉OK，避免肢體接觸及共用器材，室內保持社交距離或以隔板區隔。
