If property owners wish to object to the new valuation of their property they can do so until 6 April. The owners of properties listed on the General Valuation Roll will also be notified of their valuations in writing at the postal address currently held on the Municipality’s database. Any property owner or other person who wishes to do so, may lodge an objection with the City Manager regarding any matter reflected in, or omitted from the General Valuation Roll.
