Footnotes in Burlington Public Library, 210 Court St., is saluting Oprah Winfrey s huge impact on reading and literacy with free book drawings this summer.
Each weekend, Footnotes will give away two donated books recommended by Oprah s Book Club since 1996, the year Winfrey s book club launched.
