And she says she had sex with almost 30 Police Officers and sheriffs deputies including 14 from the Oakland Police department. Sometimes in exchange for money, sometimes for favors like being tipped off to prostitution stings. Earlier this week, the oakland mayor announced disciplinary measures against 11 officers, at least three accused of having sex with celeste guap when she was a minor. But sources say it was unlikely that any of the officers will actually be charged with statutory rape because guap has been untruthful in the past about some of her actions and they say they just dont have enoug
