The Professional Football Jamaica Limited (PFJL) has named pharmaceutical firm Indies Pharma Jamaica Limited and Mount Pleasant Football Academy as the latest sponsors of the National Premier League.
Indies Pharma and Mount Pleasant Football Academy join Wisynco Group, Yummy, and Jamaica Producers, who were recently signed, as the newly formed football body seeks to secure club sponsorships at a total targeted value of $100 million.
The league is without a title sponsor after Red Stripe did not renew its sponsorship after its deal expired following the 2019-2020 season. The season, however, was cancelled and declared null and void by the Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) in May as part of efforts to help and contain the coronaviru
