After purchase, what s in store for Sarasota s Crossings at Siesta Key?

When it took over the former Southgate mall at U.S. 41 and Siesta Drive earlier this year, O Connor Capital Partners was pretty vague about what, exactly, it planned for the property.  The investment company, which owned just 49% of Westfield Siesta Key mall uuntil it took over the remaining shares late last year, didn t provide many details about what it wanted to do with the highly visible retail center.  All O Connor said at the time was that it would rebrand the mall - which it did almost immediately, changing the name to the Crossings at Siesta Key - and add a mix of new merchants and restaurants to serve the needs and requests of the community.

Vineyard Columbus: Rezoning of Goodale property required to allow move to Grandview Heights

Vineyard Columbus: Rezoning of Goodale property required to allow move to Grandview Heights Vineyard Columbus  plan to move its Lane Avenue campus to Grandview Heights has been slightly delayed. The church s request for a conditional use was tabled Jan. 20 by the planning commission because a rezoning is needed for the property at 777 Goodale Blvd. Vineyard is planning to occupy 17,146 square feet of the 44,700-square-foot building, said Dave Perry, an attorney serving as a consultant on the project for the church. The remaining space would continue to be occupied by current office tenants, he said. The church would occupy space that once served as the administrative offices for FoodFirst Global Restaurants (formerly the Bravo Brio Restaurant Group). The company moved its headquarters to Orlando, Florida, in 2018.
