An aerial view of Frontier Park ANOTHER new tenant has taken up space at a£100million business park development. AluFold Direct who specialise in supplying bespoke aluminium bi-fold doors and windows have taken 70,000 square feet at Frontier Park on the Hyndburn/Blackburn border. The new unit is in addition to the company s existing base in Philips Road in Blackburn. The announcement by letting agent Trevor Dawson follows the revelation that Padiham-based transport firm Fagan and Whalley taking up a new 200,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution depot at Frontier Park. The development, managed by Monte Blackburn Ltd owned by the town s billionaire Issa brother, is now almost fully let.
