Couple of days a large upper level system will bring us a chance for some light precipitation. We are looking at another rain snow mix in the region, but amounts look to be light the entire time. Good morning, hampton roads. Lets check developing this morning, Norfolk Police are looking for a shooter after they found a man dead off tidewater drive. Police say someone killed the 21yearold victim yesterday morning on anderson street. We have been working to find out the name of the victim and who is responsible for his death. In the meantime we have been digging more into a phone call the victim made moments before being shot to death.
