PERU – The annual gathering of flutists will be returning to Peru on Saturday. The music of Atlanta-based flutist Kelly Via will spotlight the 16th Annual Flute
Featuring guest artist Ebonee Thomas, Assistant Professor of Flute at University of Missouri, Kansas City, the third annual Central Iowa Flute Workshop will offer sessions on creative warm-ups, phrase mapping, chamber music sight reading and flute anatomy in addition to interactive lectures, flute choir rehearsals, a master class with Ms. Thomas, and a final recital in which all participants perform.
