Vienna Airport revenue drops 64% as bosses call for action on travel rules

Passenger traffic at Vienna Airport dropped 88.4% year-on-year in the first quarter to 572,718 travellers. Meanwhile, across the airport group’s whole operation, which includes investments in

The pandemic continues to have a firm grip on the aviation sector

Similar trends were reflected in revenue, with the group posting €57.5m in revenue for the quarter, down 64.4% from the same period in 2020.
