Floyd County Sheriff John Hunt said despite the hard days they have faced following the shooting in Allen community last June he is proud to see how William Petry, Ralph Frasure, Jacob Chaffins and K9 Drago have been honored.
Saturday was game day in Lexington and UK fan Darrin Lawson was determined to have a good time. The Floyd County deputy was shot in the leg three months ago.
After the tragedy where three police officers and a K-9 were killed in Floyd County, dispatchers from all over Kentucky went to cover shifts to allow the 911 dispatchers a chance to mourn.
