The condominium complex, trying to work off this standoff. Now, heres what people that live here tell me happened. They say an armed man refused to get out of his condo. They tell me that there was a woman and two boys inside the condo complex. Police have not released anything about that, they tell me that cops surrounded the apartment complex and tried to negotiate with a man. That is when they heard gun fire. I dont know why he had her in there. It sounded serious. There were a lot of shots fired. I would say well over 20 rounds. Well over 20 rounds.
