Florida shuts down commercial operations amid Tropical Storm Nicole. Tropical Storm Nicole is expected to strengthen into a hurricane once it makes landfall in Florida, forcing the state to shut down all operations in its airports and attractions.
“It’s only going to get worse. This storm system doesn't make anything better for us,” Flagler County emergency management director Jonathan Lord said.
