Jamaica s middle-distance star Natoya Goule continued her good start to the season by clocking her second-fastest time over 400m at the UCF Knights Invitational in Florida on Saturday.
The 30-year-old Goule won the race in 52.22 seconds, which represents her fastest time in the event since she clocked 51.52 in El Paso, Texas in April 2011.
“It felt great running it,” said the 800m specialist. “I haven’t run 52 since my senior year in college, so I know I am much faster and stronger now.
“I am thankful to be able to run my second-fastest 400m ever in 10 years. It doesn’t stop here.”
