How Santa Rosa County could be affected by Florida s new impact fee bill, HB 337 View Comments As the issue of impact fees continues to swirl in Santa Rosa County, a new state bill that is expected to be signed by Gov. I m disappointed and even a little bit surprised, said Volusia County Chair Jeff Brower. He described the recently passed bill, HB 337, as an unnecessary effort by state lawmakers to take away the decision-making ability of local governments.

Located along Coronado Parkway, the building’s two-story design reflects a Bahamas-inspired architectural style and its tropical, waterfront setting. Flat tiles will cover a pitched roof with gable accents, which include exposed end trusses and support brackets characteristic of island living. Wide soffits, open balconies and Bahama-style shutters help complete the illusion. Residents will enjoy sweeping waterfront views across the 80-foot-wide Atlantic Canal, which provides direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and is just a short trip to the Gulf of Mexico. Residents will have access to private boat slips and a custom-built boat dock, as well as common pool deck and gathering space that overlooks t
