Once again, business seems to be booming for baseball in Lee County. The Florida Sports Foundation announced more than 245,000 fans showed up at Hammond Stadium and JetBlue Park.
This year, the Arizona Cactus League drew its largest number of fans since 2019, the last season before the COVID-19 pandemic.The Cactus League had an attendance of 1,565,182 fans over 216 games in 2023, an average of 7,246 fans per game. In 216 games this year, the league drew 1,630,436 fans and averaged 7,548 fans per game, a 4% increase from the previous year.
